Arizona Post-Tension (AZPT) has a commitment to owners, builders, and contractors to provide quality workmanship at a fair price. Our dedicated and experienced staff have an established and proven relationship with local developers/contractors and inspection companies.

Customer Service

A. Qualified office staff available to help answer questions regarding scheduling on installs, inspections, and stressing.

B. AZPT office and field staff will work with you and/or superintendent on custom changes and repairs directly to avoid any delays in completing the project.

C. Plans for bids can be picked up at your office or dropped off at AZPT and will be scanned to file in- house to eliminate copies being provided by the owner/contractor. (We can also print plans directly from (Buzzsaw – US/home Lennar), (Reproductions – DR Horton and Meritage Homes), (Contractors Plan Room – AF Sterling and TJ Bednar): ECT.

D. AZPT is a trade partner of Suncoast Post Tension (the largest supplier of fabricated unbonded post-tension materials and services in the United States). AZPT has access to Suncoast Engineering from registered professional engineers with decades of experience which include:

1. Preparation of Structural and/or Field Placement Drawings

2. Cost Estimating

3. Value Engineering

4. Analytical Studies/Evaluations

5. Preparations of Structural Drawings

Materials and Equipment

A. All prestressing strand is manufactured to ASTM A-416 requirements coated with an approved corrosion inhibitor and encased in a seamless high density polyethylene sheathing.

B. All AZPT materials are fabricated to meet or exceed the requirements of the ACI and the PTI's Specification for Unbonded Single Strand Tendons.

C. Anchorages are tested, both statically and dynamically, in accordance with applicable codes and standards.

D. All AZPT equipment is calibrated and inspected by Suncoast Post-Tension per the Post-Tensioning Institute.
